Prices and diagnosis
  • You receive a price estimate before we continue when a case needs parts or more work after diagnosis.
  • Laptop diagnosis is free when the issue is not solved. If the machine is repaired during diagnosis, you pay for the time used.
  • Desktop PC diagnosis costs NOK 1,000. The amount is deducted if the machine is repaired.
  • You pay after a successful repair and receive a one-year warranty on labour and replaced parts.
