Start with charger and charging behavior
Charging faults can be charger, cable, USB-C behavior, battery, charging port, DC jack or power circuit. We separate a machine with no power from one that only charges at an angle or drains while plugged in.
USB-C charging is its own track
USB-C may carry charging, data, display and docking through the same connector. If charging is the main problem, this page fits. If display, dock or USB accessory behavior is the issue, the USB/HDMI port page is a better track.
Relevant price direction
