You receive a price estimate before we continue when a case needs parts or more work after diagnosis.
Laptop diagnosis is free when the issue is not solved. If the machine is repaired during diagnosis, you pay for the time used.
Desktop PC diagnosis costs NOK 1,000. The amount is deducted if the machine is repaired.
You pay after a successful repair and receive a one-year warranty on labour and replaced parts.
