Create a user and your first case

Tell us what is wrong before you bring in the device. We will create the user and case together after a quick SMS verification.

  1. Tell us about the deviceThe assistant asks one short question at a time.
  2. Confirm your phoneWe send a simple code by SMS.
  3. Bring in the deviceYou receive a case number to give us when you arrive.
